DixiTech CNC is a Remanufacturer and CNC/Mechanical Retrofitter of metal cutting machine tools. We Specialize in Gear Hobbers, Shapers, Bevel Generators, Gashers, Testers, Lappers and Hardness Quenching Presses. Customers range from Aerospace to Automotive to Job Shops. Our accuracy results are measured with Renishaw Laser, BallBar Test, and Test Cutting. Other machines in our workscope include machining centers, turning centers, gantries and grinding machines. Onsite Service is our business.

Our engineering staff routinely handles multiple projects concurrently. We have years of experience working with gear machinery and the precise tolerances required for these machines to cut spiral bevel, straight bevel and worm gears. These gears are for industries in aerospace, automotive, marine, and critical defense applications, where tolerances have to be precise.

When it comes to CNC/NC/PLC controls, we support Siemens, GE Fanuc, Allen Bradley, Heidenhain and Square D platforms. We stay ahead of trends in technology and educate our engineers with OEM courses. We also have on site technical support and emergency service.
